Workshop OVERVIEW
Part 1
Setting the Stage
We begin by introducing a theme centred on creativity for social good – exploring how innovation, collaboration, and imagination can create meaningful change. Through guided discussions and playful warm-ups, participants tap into their creative instincts and begin to see new possibilities.
These activities, derived from theatre and improvisation warm ups, create a space where everyone feels seen and heard, laying the foundation for collaboration and creative problem-solving throughout the day.

THE CREATIVE CHALLENGE: Sparking Change Through Creativity
At the heart of the workshop is an interactive challenge where teams co-create something meaningful – whether it’s hat-making, a collaborative mural, or an improvised dance.
With structured coaching and hands-on guidance, participants move through a dynamic process of discovery, brainstorming, and design, working together to bring an idea to life. The challenge emphasizes:
- Collaboration: blending individual strengths into a shared vision
- Innovation: exploring fresh ways to approach problem-solving
- Social Impact: understanding how small creative actions can lead to meaningful impact at work, home, and the community
This experience isn’t just about what you make – it’s about how you create, connect, and contribute to something bigger.

PART 3
Showcase: Celebrating Creativity and Connection
The workshop concludes with a Showcase, where teams present their creations to the group. This is a moment to celebrate unique ideas, reflect on the process, and recognise how individual strengths came together to shape the final outcome.
Through guided reflection, participants share insights, takeaways, and realisations about the power of creativity to drive change – both personally and professionally.

The creative workshop challenged us to step outside our usual way of thinking and embrace a more imaginative approach to problem-solving. At first, the task of making a hat seemed like a straightforward exercise, but as we worked through it, it became clear how the activity encouraged us to let go of our preconceived ideas, to think differently and explore alternative approaches. Not only is creativity a crucial tool for problem solving, but also for leadership and collaboration. The workshop highlighted how these creative skills are invaluable in every workplace and team setting – all while having a great time!
